tried a base 4 to base 40 conversion using the tool at the bottom of this page.
It came back with "joi0".

Damn, Dio. I just did the same thing. Posting my version as I drew lines also trying to see if the "dots" had any correlation to where other pictures were placed in the overall scheme.

Looks like just the normal compression artifacts associated w/the .jpg format.
